You know it’s true. Time and money are saved when you take just a few minutes to do the planning. Meal planning makes sense. Yes, my grocery cart is slap full, but I don’t go back and forth to the store except MAYBE one time for milk and OJ. My mother consumes more OJ than any human I know. She keeps a cup full in the refrigerator just in case we run out, she has a stash! My people are meat eaters. I don’t eat all this at night. I have salad and maybe a piece of the entree.

1.Mexican Lasagna Roll Ups, Salad and mixed fruit
2. Cubed Steak with sweet onions and mushrooms, rice, salad
3. Diablo Shrimp, roasted garlic lemon broccoli, ice cream
4. Indian Curry Chicken II, Bahamian peas and rice, and veggie mix
5. Salisbury steak, roasted potatoes or mashed potatoes, green beans, brownies
