This one is first on the list because it is excellent. We reach a point around 45-55 where we feel like we have been hit by a huge ocean wave. This book is the best kick in the pants we need to keep going. You’ll love it!

Another great read! This one is about nutrition and self care with a focus on those of us past the childbearing stage. Naomi explains “autophagy” which sounds like a self cleaning system and IS but for the body. For those of us who need a “plan”, she has daily recipe and menu ideas. Who wouldn’t want to glow!
